The Downland Chorale always welcomes new members and anyone is invited to attend a rehearsal to meet their conductor and the choir. An information audition may be suggested but you do not need any formal singing experience to join them.

The choir meets on Monday evenings between 8pm and 10pm to rehearse in St John's Church, Old Coulsdon. This is also where they give many of their performances. Please see ‘Where we are based’ for more information.

Membership costs
Subscriptions are currently £90 a year. Members are also asked to purchase at least three tickets for each concert.
Members are expected to attend all rehearsals and are asked to inform the music director if they expect to miss more than three rehearsals for any one concert.
